Air Fryer Sausage and Potatoes are a tasty main course, easy and quick to prepare.
Simple ingredients and little oil for a recipe ready in no time thanks to air fryer cooking, perfect for any occasion, from family dinner to Sunday lunch, tasty and satisfying, pleasing to the palate of young and old alike.
Ingredients :
- 400g (14 oz) potatoes
- 2 sausages (about 150g or 5 oz)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves stripped)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin
How to make Air Fryer Sausage and Potatoes:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
Place them in a bowl and season with a little extra virgin olive oil, rosemary and salt, mixing thoroughly. - Transfer the potatoes to the basket of the air fryer and bake them at 200°C (390°F) for ten minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the sausages into slices. - After the potatoes have cooked for ten minutes, add the sausage and continue cooking at the same temperature for another ten minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve your sausages with potatoes in air fryer immediately, piping hot.
