- 2 Golden apples
- 2 eggs
- 120ml (½ cup) plain yogurt
- 30g (2 tbsp) granulated sugar
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 60g (½ cup) all-purpose flour
How to make Apple Frittata in a Pan:
- To prepare the delicious apple frittata start by peeling the apples with a peeler and cut them into thin wedges
- Place them in a bowl and sprinkle them with the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle with cinnamon, mix and leave to flavor for a few minutes.
- Break the eggs into another bowl and beat them with electric whips together with the sugar until frothy. Then, while mixing, add the yogurt and flour
