Capricious Tuna Salad is a delicious and incredibly easy no-cook recipe. Perfect for a quick appetizer or side dish, this salad comes together in just 5 minutes! Unlike traditional Caprese salad, which requires time for the vegetables to marinate, this version uses ready-made pickled vegetables for instant flavor.
Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
- 300g (10.5 oz) mixed pickled vegetables
- 200g (7 oz) mayonnaise
- 100g (3.5 oz) Emmental cheese, diced
- 100g (3.5 oz) canned tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
How to make Capricious Tuna Salad:
- First cut the cheese into small pieces and put it in a bowl.
- Add the drained tuna, well drained pickled vegetable salad, mustard, mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and let all the ingredients mix well.
- The tuna capricious salad is ready, you can serve it right away, or better yet, let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 to 30 minutes to let it season well.
