Ingredients :

  • 300g (10.5 oz) dark chocolate, finely chopped (70% cocoa solids recommended)
  • 200ml (7 fl oz) heavy whipping cream
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting (optional)

How to make Creamy Chocolate Fudge Cake :

  1. Starting to prepare the chocolate cake, chop the dark chocolate,
  2. heat the cream without bringing it to a boil, however,
  3. pour the melted chocolate into the cream and stir well,
  4. until all the chocolate is melted.
  5. Line the baking pan with baking paper and pour in the chocolate, place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  6. After resting in the refrigerator take the cake out of the pan and place it back on the serving dish and if you like, dust it with bitter cocoa powder.
