This light CRUNCHY Air Fryer Shrimp are easy and tasty ready in 10 minutes an Appetizer Recipe perfect if accompanied with homemade mayonnaise or with arugula pesto for example, excellent as a base to make the famous Shrimp in Pink Sauce. This second fish dish is super easy and thanks to the deep fryer it will be even easier. I use the door one but I have also had the basket one and both are good.
Ingredients :
- 35 oz shrimp (I used frozen, but fresh is also an excellent choice)
- 1 lemon
- Salt, to taste
- Oregano, to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
How to make Crunchy Air Fryer Shrimp:
- We take the shrimp after thawing them ( if we got them fresh we can clean them by removing the carapace and gut, run them under water and prepare them) clean them and put them in a bowl.
- Mine in addition to being frozen were also slightly precooked.
- Let’s combine lemon juice, oil, salt and oregano, massage them well and let them marinate 10 minutes.
- Let’s then arrange them in the deep fryer ( I have the one with a door but you can do the same with the one with an important container the oven paper underneath that will preserve all the juices). Let them cook 15 minutes at 200° C (390°F).
- Once ready serve the Shrimp in air fryer with their cooking juices.
