Delicious Pineapple Cake :It’s So Good and So Easy to Make

Here at home we all love this delicious Pineapple Cake, which takes no work at all to make and is really fluffy, moist and tastes fantastic.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 300g (1½ cups) granulated sugar
  • 300g (2⅓ cups) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 can (20 oz / 567g) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How to make delicious Pineapple Cake :

  1. Beat the eggs as you would for an omelette.
  2. Add the sugar and then the sifted flour and yeast.
  3. Add the oil and a little of the sauce from the can of pineapple.
  4. Grease a pan with icing sugar and arrange the pineapple slices in it.
  5. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC (350°F) for 30 minutes.
  6. Leave to cool and unmold.
