They will go down a storm and only take you a few minutes.

Ingredients :

For the dough:

  • 100g (3.5 oz) yoghurt
  • 200g (1 2/3 cups) flour
  • 20ml (4 tsp) oil
  • 10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
  • 35g (2 tbsp) stevia sweetener (or alternatively 70g (1/3 cup) regular sugar)

For decorating:

  • 50g (3 tbsp) stevia sweetener (or 100g (1/2 cup) regular sugar)

How to make Delicious Yogurt Cookies:

With these amounts, you will make about 12 cookies.

  1. Sift the flour into a large bowl, then add the stevia (or sugar), vanilla sugar and egg. Mix well, finally insert 10 milliliters of oil and the yogurt, mix then, start working it all with your hands.
  2. When the mixture is soft and firm, transfer it to the pastry board and incorporate the remaining oil.(10 milliliters). Continue kneading to make a well compacted dough, then place it back in the bowl and cover with cellophane.
  3. Arrange in the refrigerator to firm up for about 25 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)and line the drip pan with the appropriate paper.
  5. Flour the pastry board, take the dough and divide it into two parts. Make two small sausages with both, then cut them into chunks. Make each piece into a ball, roll it in sugar or stevia, then lay it on the lacquer and flatten it slightly.
  6. When finished, draw round shapes on the surface like so many circles.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let them cool, then enjoy them are a wonder.
  8. Is everything clear? If not, watch the video for the process, but our version calls for less oil for more yogurt to lower the calorie count.

Bon Appetit!
