A delicious second course with eggs.
Ingredients :
- 6 slices of toasted bread
- 6 slices of Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of cooked ham
- 2 oz (60g) semi-hard cheese, grated
- 6 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- Fresh dill
- Salt
- Black pepper
How to make Easy Oven Eggs:
- First, make circles with toasted bread, and then place them in a muffin mold, as seen in the picture, previously greased with vegetable oil.
- Then, add to the mold, for each section, a slice of Cheddar cheese and ham, a handful of semi-hard grated cheese.

- Also add, 3 tomato slices and 1 egg per section, season with salt and black pepper, and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C (375°F). Finally, garnish with chopped dill.
- The baked eggs are ready.
