Ingredients :

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (320g / 14 oz)
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 spring onion / green onion
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh rosemary, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 150g (5.3 oz) smoked salmon
  • 100g (3.5 oz) smoked provola or mozzarella cheese, drained
  • Fresh fennel fronds, to taste

How to prepare impressive Salmon Tartlets:

  1. To make this tasty little recipe, start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into cubes. In a skillet, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sauté the potatoes over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Add salt, pepper, a chopped spring onion, and rosemary while cooking.
  3. Meanwhile, unroll the puff pastry roll and cut out disks of a size suitable for your tartlets.
  4. Fill each tartlet with the previously prepared potato mixture, also adding some diced smoked provolone and a slice of smoked salmon.
