Ingredients :

  • 50 g (3.5 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 g (3.5 tbsp) orange juice
  • 25 g (2 tbsp) lemon juice

How to make Marinated Smoked Salmon:

  1. Citrus marinated smoked salmon is very simple and quick to prepare, first prepare the marinade by mixing orange juice, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil, then add chopped chives, black pepper and pink pepper.
  2. In a baking dish, make a layer of slices of smoked salmon, put a then of maninatura on top, form another layer of salmon, marinatura, more salmon and pour all the remaining sauce on top.
  3. Cover with clingfilm and let the marinated smoked salmon rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, so it will season well.
  4. I served the marinated smoked salmon by placing it on a bed of arugula, adding a few orange slices and its marinade on top.
