No-Bake Banana Cake: Better Than Your Usual Tart – A True Delight

This excellent No-Bake Banana Cake, is really easy to make and very wholesome.

Ingredients :

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz / 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) milk
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) sugar (caster sugar in UK, granulated sugar in US)
  • 200 g (1 2/3 cups) flour (plain flour in UK, all-purpose flour in US)
  • Olive oil, for cooking
  • Pinch of salt

How to make No-Bake Banana Cake:

  1. First, in a bowl beat 2 eggs, and also add a pinch of salt, sugar, milk, and flour, and mix well.
  2. Then, also add two teaspoons of olive oil and pour this mixture into a pan where you have laid banana slices.
  3. Cook on one side with the lid on, and then turn and grease the pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. The banana cake is now ready.
