With the end of the holidays, in fact, I was looking for some recipes that I could serve on the table and that would be good for the whole family, so that I could stay light and still enjoy something that would leave everyone speechless.
Ingredients :
- 6 fennel bulbs
- 300g (10.5 oz) Asiago cheese, grated
- 1 liter (4 cups) béchamel sauce
- 200g (7 oz) breadcrumbs (day-old bread works well)
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
How to make quick Fennel Tart:
