Ingredients for 5-Minute Coffee Mousse with Ladyfingers

  • 35g (¼ cup) instant coffee powder
  • 120g (½ cup) granulated sugar
  • 400ml (1⅔ cups) heavy cream (double cream)
  • 80ml (⅓ cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package ladyfingers

How to make 5 Minute Coffee Mousse:

  1. First, in a bowl pour the instant coffee, sugar, 140 ml of cold water, and mix with an electric whisk until smooth and thick.
  2. In another bowl, however, whip the cream and then add the condensed milk as well, mix with the electric whisk and then pour the coffee mixture inside as well. Mix.
  3. Now, in an oven dish lay the ladyfingers soaked in a little milk and pour the mixture on top. Make several layers in this way. Garnish with cocoa powder. Finally, leave in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
