- 35g (¼ cup) instant coffee powder
- 120g (½ cup) granulated sugar
- 400ml (1⅔ cups) heavy cream (double cream)
- 80ml (⅓ cup) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package ladyfingers
How to make 5 Minute Coffee Mousse:
- First, in a bowl pour the instant coffee, sugar, 140 ml of cold water, and mix with an electric whisk until smooth and thick.
- In another bowl, however, whip the cream and then add the condensed milk as well, mix with the electric whisk and then pour the coffee mixture inside as well. Mix.
