Banana oatmeal cookies are great to serve with tea, milk or coffee, making every moment of your day very special. In fact, they are delicate but really yummy treats that are easy on the eyes and, as a result, you’ll be disappearing one after another.
Ingredients :
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 cups of rolled oats (200 ml cups)
- ⅓ cup of chocolate chips
How to prepare Oatmeal Cookies:
- To begin, peel the banana, break it up into a bowl and mash it with a fork to puree it.
- Now add the oatmeal and chocolate chips, then mix with a spatula to make a mass with a soft, firm consistency.
- Now take a handful of the dough at a time, shape it with your hands to make small disks and lay them (one away from the other) in a baking pan lined with appropriate paper.
- Finally put to bake in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°C (340°F), when finished all you have to do is let them cool a few minutes and enjoy.
