Italian Bruschetta: A Must for every BBQ Party

Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of crusty bread
  • 300g (10.5 oz) sliced salami
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 30g (1 oz) olives
  • 40g (1.4 oz) butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g (7 oz) grated semi-hard cheese
  • Salt to taste

How to make Italian Bruschetta

  1. First, cut a rather large loaf of bread in half and spread butter on top and place slices of salami, tomato and a handful of pitted olives cut in half.
  2. Then, pour beaten egg and a handful of semi-hard grated cheese on top.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes inside a baking dish, lined with baking paper.
  4. The fancy bruschetta is ready.
