Nutella Ecstasy Cake : My Incredible Recipe

Nutella ecstasy cake is an irresistible pantry cake, very easy to make and mouthwatering.

A very fluffy dough into which a soft layer of nutella sinks, a real ecstasy for the palate, perfect as an end of the meal, for breakfast, snack or for a gluttonous sin of gluttony at any time of the day, and then it is very easy and quick to prepare!

Ingredients :

  • 3 large eggs
  • 160g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
  • 100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) whole milk
  • 100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) vegetable oil
  • 180g (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 45g (1/2 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packet (2 teaspoons) baking powder
  • 250g (3/4 cup) Nutella

How to make Nutella Ecstasy Cake:

  1. In a large bowl put the flour, sugar and cocoa and mix them together.
  2. Make a hollow in the center and pour in the eggs, milk and seed oil and with electric whips mix all the ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Finally incorporate the instant baking powder, again with electric whips.
    Grease and flour a 20-cm-diameter cake pan and pour in the prepared mixture.
  4. Top the cake with Nutella arranged in spoonfuls: although it will go down into the cake, it will not reach the bottom even when it is cooked.
  5. Bake in a preheated, static oven at 175°C (350°F)  for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve your nutella ecstasy cake.
