Nutella ecstasy cake is an irresistible pantry cake, very easy to make and mouthwatering.
A very fluffy dough into which a soft layer of nutella sinks, a real ecstasy for the palate, perfect as an end of the meal, for breakfast, snack or for a gluttonous sin of gluttony at any time of the day, and then it is very easy and quick to prepare!
Ingredients :
- 3 large eggs
- 160g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
- 100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) whole milk
- 100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) vegetable oil
- 180g (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 45g (1/2 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet (2 teaspoons) baking powder
- 250g (3/4 cup) Nutella
How to make Nutella Ecstasy Cake:
- In a large bowl put the flour, sugar and cocoa and mix them together.
- Make a hollow in the center and pour in the eggs, milk and seed oil and with electric whips mix all the ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.
- Finally incorporate the instant baking powder, again with electric whips.
Grease and flour a 20-cm-diameter cake pan and pour in the prepared mixture. - Top the cake with Nutella arranged in spoonfuls: although it will go down into the cake, it will not reach the bottom even when it is cooked.
- Bake in a preheated, static oven at 175°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and serve your nutella ecstasy cake.
